We currently manufacture using the Synseal Legend 70 profile with sculptured sash and sculptured bead and are now fitting as standard 28mm sealed units with UltraN LowE glass with argon fill that unlike “ k “ glass has no tint and reduces the U Value of the sealed unit from 1.7 ( clear float / air/ K glass ) to a superb 1.1 Specification sheet enclosed
We can also supply and fit a range of Composite doors and PVCu doors and can incorporate items such as low aluminium thresholds, panic bar locking, spring closures and the new ERA Locca system of remote locking which can wirelessly be linked to phone intercom systems.
Three years ago we were awarded the contract with Asprea, who handle Norwich Union Insurance Company claims, to undertake their repairs / replacements of damaged conservatory roof’s in the Nottinghamshire and surrounding area. As this proved to be a very successful partnership, we were asked to expand our services to include all aspects of property maintenance i.e. electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating, replacement sealed units etc. and so was born our Property Maintenance Division.
